New form fitting globe

This Philips GU10 globe is the same size as the halogen lamps they replace. This means a simple 'drop-in' replacement in virtually all GU10 fittings.

Dimmable, warm white, mains voltage

These lamps are designed for mains voltage halogen fixtures where no transformer is present. If you have a transformer in your roof please see our MR16 (low voltage) LEDs.

These lamps have a medium beam angle of 40° and deliver a warm incandescent colour light at 2700K or cool white option at 4000K. Unlike other GU10 LED down lights these are dimmable.

Better than compact fluorescent

Unlike compact fluorescent down lights (pictured on the left) these LEDs start instantly at full brightness.

Power consumption is 6 watts for a true halogen replacement. CFL's, on the other hand, consume more power (11 or 13 watts) and fail to adequately replace a halogen lamp.
